Pros

Nothing. Not even a single. 6 day late working hours. They even call you on sundays to work.

Cons

Long list: No culture Pathetic colleagues- who dont even know E of english No cooperation. They will give you bundles of work and that too of no use. If you are a btech then please dont ruin your career. Salary comes late. Sometimes 2 months late. If you are on third party payroll- do not join this company.

Pros

Nokia Networks has decent benefits and pay with a good work/life ratio. There is only one known area with potential growth and that would be in Irving Texas

Cons

Euro and Asian-centric. Not many opportunities for US-based employees.

Pros

The company is growing at a rapid pace. New Customers, More business, New technology & requirements. No scarcity of work (not applicable for some teams or projects) No visible difference made between permanent and contract employees. Cab facility is provided – both to and fro. Interns/student trainees strength is good and conversion rate from intern to full time employees is also good. No restrictions on websites. Wi-fi data can be used in mobiles in campus Vibrant employees, strength of campus and fresher /lateral hiring is high. There is no hard and fast rule or too much procedures to be followed….advantage and disadvantages.

Cons

Even though company has celebrated 150 years of its existence, the company is still years behind on many fronts. No landline or high end desk phones are used on desk which leads to too much dependency on emails, in person discussions and meetings. The managers and in fact mostly team members are pulled in for in person meetings which effects the productivity heavily. Teleconferences can be done but the traditional methods of standup meetings and in person meetings are used here. Mobiles are provided to employees but this is no way a productive substitute for landlines/high end desk phones. Absolute shortage of meeting rooms with the number of resources double and tripled in past 3 years. The building facility has not been scaled up in parallel to hiring which leads to lack of place to sit and work. Meeting rooms and other open areas are converted to ad-hoc temporary work stations. The initial trainings are not detailed one & it will be a tough task for new joiners who do not any work experience to know how to get the things done. No directional training provided and too much of self learning is expected. Too much dependency of manual info. The system and tool generated information is prone to heavy errors. The system driven changes also do not get embedded in the system perfectly. There is no set process followed and this is one of the biggest concern. Workload is high and even managers are unable to sit and discuss the problems faced by reportees which leads to inability to catch hold of early attrition. Not using high end desk phones to do the conference calls which reduces the productivity by about 80%. Even mid and small size companies rely on teleconferencing rather than manual meetings. Wi-Fi strength is reduced as the employee strength is too high for the existing building. The emails are not responded in time especially by senior managers citing lack of time as the reason. Guess the outlook mail service is not required in this company as managers and team heads do not reply on emails… most of the things are verbally or chat confirmed…again traditional method of communication used. Heavy dependency on manual info as the system generated info is prone to errors. The team heads or managers do not take an ownership of their own work.
