Pros

Easy to get hired for the 3 months trial period. Possible to develop on the Linux workstation.

Cons

The company pays the specialists 40-50% of what it pays in Germany or Finland. Second hand hardware and workspaces. Everything screams cheap. Security obsession, policies everywhere. Weird "coordinators" reporting each irregularity to the line managers. Employment contract presented first time to the employee and given to sign on the first day in the office (!).

Pros

People are friendly, humorous, social benefits are on a decent level, overall atmosphere is pretty good, hard to get fired

Cons

Salary is not enough compared with tasks you need to do, Overtimes are usually obligatory, sometimes it's hard to believe that this particular person is a high level manager
