      Pros

      Large Company infrastructure providing much laboratory equipment and tools as needed within budget constraints which typically allow some new equipment each year. Decent salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      US Management does not stand there ground with Finland Management. US Employees are always at risk for being laid off. US Employees are given the cast-off work.

      None. I do not recommend Nokia as a workplace to anyone!

      Cons

      Constant restructuring driving the employees to work on their mental health limits. All employees put to compete against each other. The most perverted HR and related people process policies that anyone has heard of until now. The company only wants to polish their publicity figure while all bad things happen inside of the house.
