What were the good and bad points working at Nokia Networks.

Employees empowered and accountable in their area. Flat organization structure with lots of visibility throughout the organization. Straight and honest communication and respect for each employee.

Cons

JV merge with Siemens not very well orchestrated and lots of functions were mismapped.

no work absolutely. nothing to do except play enjoy the entire day and collect enjoy the best place to work for.

Cons

no good salaries. crap benefits no employee satisfaction in terms of money. who cares attitude. bad pay and bad HR policies. Managers overact as if they are leaders of world.
