o Open & Transparent culture o Great Work-life & personal-life balance o Have distributed portfolios of product supported by supply chain in different region

Cons

o Catching up with relatively newcomers like Android and apple's product o No vision & lacking support of Highest management o No further diversification in product ranges -- like Tablets, Internet Tv, etc.... o No growth in terms of technical side of individual's career

Good package (about industry average), bonus, insurance, gym membership, relatively new cellphone, laptop. Reasonable office space and location Flexible schedule

Cons

Some places have a better package. Reorgs happen too often Not many opportunities for prof development and career growth. Too many management layers, hence - political struggle on every level. Inefficiency induces extra hours and stress.
