get valuable experience in the IT society. Also staff can get great discounts on new and or upcoming product trials.

Cons

reducndancy, staff dont often see it coming its like one minute you have a safe job and the next your cut out.

Cons

Prior to Elop - Lack of innovation, Silos, Bureaucracy, Difficult to get work done when communicating across teams.
