- many opportunities to develop technical skills - very good workplace atmosphere - no problems with working from home (on occasions)

Cons

- very low salary - very small bonuses - increasing workload/responsibilities without changing salary (or without additional benefits/bonuses) - on overall compensation plan is very poor for engineers

Pros

It was a very good place to grow your professionalism by working globally. In the past, management was very supportive for individual growth. I would say it was the best employer for me (1 out of 3). Respect towards individual.

Cons

Very poor management nowadays. It's just one way communication. Employees are not seen as an asset. It is hardly seen that management is willing to invest on its own people nowadays. Poor (R&D) product quality control & product development management. Slow to react on the market/competition. Sometime, simple thing can be very complicated. Too bureaucratic. Too many managers, and less staffs who are really doing the real jobs. Out of scope job delegation coming from the top.

Opportunity to focus on interest areas. Culture of respect within the company.

Cons

Management focused only on costs and not on innovation. No clear strategy, strategy is more like a vision statement. Poor capabilities of account teams to do solution selling and most accounts can perform only 'box shifting'
