A lot of trainings are provided. Allowances, compensations and the amount of workload are reasonable and satisfactory. The working environment is comfortable.

Cons

The sales and marketing team is not as aggressive as Chinese competitors. The company loses a lot of markets in Asia market.

A truly global company, great place to learn new things. Forward-looking attitudes, e.g. work-life balance and remote working are encouraged.

Cons

The pay is generally not best in class. Raises / promotions don't occur, unless you find a new job, either internally or externally. Job rotation is however encouraged.

Pros

Nokia is a excellent place to work. 1. Best place to work. 2. Work life balance is excellent.. no constraint of staying more hours. 3. compensation is very competitive. Even if you have less salary they will offer to match their standard. 4. Management people are very good to access and friendly.

Cons

It happens in every company that one or the other suffer due to project tasks/timeline and management pressure.. but it is very rare in Nokia till now.
