      Good work life balance but poor employee appreciation.

      Pros

      Work life balance Flexible work timings Most of time appropriate time is given to complete the tasks. Improved product develop framework which makes delivering the products easier and faster

      Cons

      poor salary hikes incompetent management growth is based on who you can approach in company products are non transparent, people working on one layer of a product may not even have a little knowledge of other layers Only self learning or e learning, no internal or external trainings, in three years i have never got an invite for a training. Frequent re-orgs, only managers get benefit of that. Performance evaluation is baseless, managers changes within months.

      Pros

      Got to work on leading technologies. Culture is pretty laid back, which is a good thing. Benefits are comparable to industry.

      Cons

      Management questionable at times and growth opportunities are based on who you know. Salaries are a little below industry standards.
