Pros

Good place to acquire technical knowledge from employees. Agile is one of the aggressive development process used in many teams which will unleash one's potential. Individuals are given opportunities to take responsibilities.

Cons

Higher Management is not taking better decisions in growing company. Company is not doing well with the competition. Package is also not good.

Pros

They value work-life balance and treat their employees well. They offer a good benefits package and depending on the team you work for, there are opportunities for growth.

Cons

The company cannot get out of its own way. The Finnish employees dominate all ranks of management and the only reason they come to the SF Bay Area is to recruit engineers and students. There is very little support for non-Fin VPs or Senior Management. We'll see if they'll be around long enough for Elop to change that.

Pros

Some very competent and skilled people. Changing positions is easy and is encouraged. Decent benefits.

Cons

Pay is ok but you will never get a decent raise when transferring inside the company, no matter how good you are. Raises are peanuts.
