1) Excellent work culture and good work life balance 2) Still many technical people are present 3) Excellent platform, if want to be domain experts 4) Very good, clear management and its structure

Cons

1) Looking for technical expertise, this is not the right place. 2) If staying for more than an year, cant survive in the current market competition 3) Limited projects 4) Not sure what happens after the Nokia & Siemens contract ends in 2013

Got a chance to work with highly talented people, including senior managers and bright engineers. Only wish that senior management listened to feedback from engineers on a regular basis. A great place with lot of emphasis on work-life balance !

Cons

Senior Management not very open to suggestions and feedback from lower layers. A company which traditionaly in not open to taking risks.
