      Bad Management, no strategy, no control but good Salary!!

      Excellent Salary Very good package Nice colleagues

      - There are some people in higher positions earning lots of money and doing anything like Ana Estevez, Bosco Novak and others. Old Seniors who do not know what they have to do. They should fire all them starting from Bosco Novak (the worst manager ever) and hire new talents young people. -Bad management was the reason for the downfall of NSN. -Time and money gets wasted using management techniques like the ones offers by leaders of the Global Services. -Bad control, discipline, no strategyc, no innovation. -Bad HR Management -Employees do not have any motivation any more.

      1. frequent reorganization. 2. loss of talent. 3. Difficult to move up. Depends on who you know.
