Opportunity to work with varied people and talent. They try to attain good talent. They reward at a personal level and tie it to overall company health. They have a learning culture. They are making good steps in driving more accountability at the personal level.

Cons

Recent misteps in the industry has lead to bad decisions and a huge reduction of workforce. They think this is the only to growth which is wrong. they don't listen to the people enough. They tend to promote before a person is ready for the role. A little too prideful in the corporate culture and this is leading to big mistakes.
