Pros

Great work life balance. Pay is ok but total compensation is not great. You can learn of lot of things that you should not do at other places

Cons

No career growth in US. Also Manager is not very supportive of personal growth. Even SVPs do not have a clue of strategy. Nokia tries to balance with total compensation and with the current company results the bonus payout is pitiful.

Nokia is a Good place to work. It is surrounded by Good community where you can easily find a place to live in. If you find an apartment nearby, Life is peaceful. Also the kind of challenges you face in Nokia are interesting ones. By nature Nokia workmates turn out to be very Supportive. Overall its a very wonderful experience.

Cons

Sometimes Weather gets too hot. If you are have a crappy manger, your life can easily become hell. Either you end up working late and missing on our life or you will be screwed.
