      Pros

      There is still some degree of liberty in doing your job. Work life balance can range from OK to excellent, working hours are flexbile and also working location.

      Cons

      There's a strong lack of leadership and vision, the company is lost and has to face competition which is not used to. Restructurations are going forward but they're firing member of staff, some of which are even very bright employees, and leaving in place the very people that are responsible for years of failure.

      international team working, worldwide customer base, job rotation possibilities, good team working, respect , support from immediate manager, taking into account my opinion

      too many sites within the organization, too many levels of amangement, difficult descision making even is small issues because of too many people involved and not having a single responsible

      Slow reaction to the market change Incompetent up level management (especially in the past) Lack of respect to personal talent Career advance depend on network and luck (e.g. how business strategy at that moment affects your team and your location ) rather than performance Conservative in applying new technology or business model
