Customer focus is a high priority. Training and ethics adherence is strongly encouraged.

Cons

Cramped office environment. Frequent layoffs, where disproportionate percentage of workers over 50 are targeted. Incentive targets are overly ambitious - detailed bottoms up analysis largely ignored in favor of un-rationalized YoY growth expectations.

Pros

Average compensation, great benefits, and pretty stable. Lots of people have been here for +10years. As long as you don't end up in a project led by a team or management India, it's a great place.

Cons

If you do however, be prepared for a lot of unreasonable demands, working with tech and process that's 10 years behind, and being a full time fire fighter.

Salary didn't move for years and was uncompetitive, a climate of fear, office politics and difficult leaders simply waiting for retirement.
