      Ethnically diverse and opportunities to work with people around the world.

      Cons

      Being a project manager at Nokia is like trying to keep a plant alive in the middle of a forest fire. Incredibly disorganized, severe lack of respect in the company culture, very limited growth opportunities and hardly any pay increase opportunities. HR does not keep reports confidential, and hiring recruiters make promises for future opportunities that haven't existed since the 2000s & would be impossible to obtain. Also no respect for work life balance - management holds the expectation that you will give your life over for your job, especially if you are young. Find a company that will value you instead.

      The pay is average or a little above average in Romania

      Cons

      Stressful and unexperienced managers requiring overdelivery to compensate for failed promises to clients. Working unpaid overtime is also quite common to a lot of the employees.
