Some people work 24/7 and still have to fight for recognition. - Many people are lifers who've been with the company for 20 years in the same role and expect the same for everyone else - Raises with promotions or increased responsibilities are few and very small if at all Culture going in the wrong direction - People are becoming more impersonal and disconnected with remote work - Decisions that appear detrimental are made without explanation - Poor work life balance.
