Pros

1. Hybrid work environment 2. Online learning via EDU

Cons

1. Top leaders lack vision (CEO/Presidents and VPs) 2. Nepotism in hiring - more than 95% of internal roles at senior levels (JG 12 and above) are pre-selected based on personal relationships rather than competence, leadership and skills 3. Strong culture of Bullying and intimidation by leaders (including CEO, Presidents (MN/Strategy) and almost all VPs (CFO and MN) 4. Poor compensation structure

Pros

Poeple are nice and friendly Good pension package in the US

Cons

Cutting salaries and benefits - Lays off its best people and then rehires them at a lower salary - They don't increase pay when relocating, only reduce it - Promised benefits are nearly impossible to get approved, and then usually come in less than promised Lack of career progression opportunities - Company does not punish failure or reward success. Some people work 24/7 and still have to fight for recognition. - Many people are lifers who've been with the company for 20 years in the same role and expect the same for everyone else - Raises with promotions or increased responsibilities are few and very small if at all Culture going in the wrong direction - People are becoming more impersonal and disconnected with remote work - Decisions that appear detrimental are made without explanation - Poor work life balance. As the company continues to lay off people more work is thrown onto the people that remain. - Upper management is very political. They do not answer questions directly or provide any clear direction.
