Pros

The work environment is very flexible, there are also work from home days that can be agreed. Salary and benefits are very competative.

Cons

IT has just recently been outsourced so there are limited career options here in that field. The company is still struggling with profitability so there may be future headcount reductions in the future.

Pros

It is a big telecommunication company Good roles in the telecommunication field. Very good office space in India

Cons

I was given a fresher grade while entering with almost four years of experience. Nothing was ever done to fix my situation in spite of repeated requests One of my engineering batch-mates had a role two levels above mine.

Pros

- Canteen in Alfragide is nice - Campus in Alfragide is nice - Car Parking is good - Many young employees - Informal clothing

Cons

- Lack of recognition: only some fortunates with friendship of some line managers get recognition - Salary bellow average: in Portugal this company keeps paying bellow average and demanding more work and quality from their employees. - Poor quality of most of the products, due to failure in leadership and management. - Many employees lack experience for their positions, they should have adequate training with a coach not be thrown to the lions and not make them accountable for the bad project milestones. - This company is excellent for showoff employees, they don't need to do a great job - Every time the company buys some new laptops instead of distributing them by the employees that really need it, the hard workers (line managers) get their hands immediately on those new laptops, and what for? to send emails and make some fancy presentations on PowerPoint, on the other hand there's employees who need to compile code on old aged laptops that take ages to finish. - Many Line Managers without knowledge on how to do their jobs, we can't have a person graduated on Forests or Agriculture managing a telecommunications area.
