It is now all about making money and no longer about having a good work-life-balance. They will bleed you dry and then lay you off. They now have what is called a Needs Improvement competitive mindset, where they make it so that no one shares information or knowledge just to remain employed. No longer work as a team or support each other. More like work till you can't work no more and you have to leave. So much has changed, and not for the better. So many have left on their own to try and find a more caring company.

bullying around the teams you feel that most of the people work with fear people are treated like cattle workers forced to work extra hours without extra payment if you want to have a break and eat something you need to go to car park. food machines are far to desincourage people going there. you can only have pc and mouse on your table, if you have a pen and a paper notebook someone will come to speak with you to hide the notebook.
