Pros

European Company. Multi Cultural environments. Good benefit. Transparent company. fairly salary.

Cons

Too few training opportunities. Too slow management, bad decisions. Especially when we compared us with the Alcatel-Lucene. We are an oil tanker. Poor quality offices.

Pros

- Good atmosphere in teams - Smaller but demanding projects, some of them based on very modern technologies - Managers acting like friends rather than like bosses - Many young ambitious people - Decent salaries, many benefits - Team parties every once in a while - I was never asked to stay overhours

Cons

- I heard that in other departments that the one I was working things aren't so beautiful - Quite frequent changes of office location (if it's a problem for somebody) - Some less effective employees feel a little too comfortable and are not motivated to try harder
