- Culture of honesty and open door from direct managers all the way to CEO. - Technology is differentiated and customers are excited to discuss it. - Compensation and benefits are excellent. - Netskope has been taking great lengths in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives ranging from observing holidays that traditionally have been marginalized to going through great lengths to ensure our own software, marketing, and collateral are inclusive and open. This is a point of personal pride for my time at the company.

Cons

- Expected challenges due to growth as the org scales. Some established processes are rightfully being changed to accommodate our growth in employees but this hasn't always been communicated as effectively as it could. To Netskope's credit, our management takes feedback well and changes as needed to ensure success.
