      Great product. Company largely focused on Gartner MQ leadership.

      Cons

      Poor channel structure, sales ops and marketing systems/support for field. Clear that public sector is not a priority and investments not being made to support the program’s success.

      Pros

      Having surpassed its 10 year anniversary, Netskope, in many ways, feels like it's just getting started. This is due to an insatiable appetite to take on big challenges and a team that keeps on inventing and questioning the status quo. Across the company there are so many truly talented people who are also kind, generous, and fun to work with. People here defend the culture.

      Cons

      Like any company at this stage, there are growing pains associated with scale and becoming a more mature company. Since the economic climate has been volatile, Netskope doesn't have to benefit of public companies when it comes to brand recognition in the market.

      - Netskope should grow more towards employee wellbeing. A separate team that can only focus on arranging activities for the employee involvements. - I see potential in Netskope to grow in man-power that will grow the productivity.
