CEO is good at sale and getting funding. Product is popular.

Cons

Some back-end platform and infra teams are political driven. Pressures are not from the back but front. Oversized engineer team, at some time, there are not many tasks to do but just make your manager happy. Some managers are collecting your faults word by word and prepared to use them fire you instead of focusing on get things done or making service better.
