      Pros

      Tremendous opportunity to join a mid-size company a still make an impact. Fast moving company with ambitious goals. Flat organization with access to anyone on the C-level leadership team. Hot market and an even hotter company!

      Cons

      Some people have a sense of entitlement due to being at Netskope the longest which adds to the process when trying to make changes. HR seems to be reactive and not proactive, would like to see more than surveys and emails as we deal with the pandemic and social issues.

      Pros

      Transparency, integrity, humanity from CEO on down makes for an excellent culture where I can bring my whole self to the job. After 4 1/2 years, I'm still excited to start every day. And Netskope's strategy is pointing us squarely at the hottest growth areas in IT security and networking.

      Cons

      The usual growing pains that come with rapid growth.
