      Pros

      I’ve seen a lot of growth since I joined Netskope and I continue to be impressed with the level of transparency and support received from every level of management. Often times that gets lost when a company grows quickly but it is obvious that this is part of Netskope’s success. Sanjay and his team have done a wonderful job of bringing in incredible people and the corporate culture is as strong today as it was the day I started.

      Leader in cloud security with very good future. US management is extremely talented. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Salary is not great as other e-commerce companies and startups. Product architecture needs revamp. Should do branding more to attract talent.
