      Pros

      I have been involved in a few acquisitions over the years, and this is by far the most welcoming and dynamic culture I have seen. From the CEO down, this companies consists of people that are ready to help at a moments notice. Employees care about the company in a way you rarely see, and leadership listen and implements policies they prove that they value employees in a way that has been lost in this day and age.

      Cons

      My only con is that more people don't get to experience working for a company that values employees like Netskope.

      The company future is bright and the team is full of amazing people who are ready to collaborate and chase big things. Products are incredibly well positioned in the market. Leadership is very people centric, and mindful in how Netskope grows to best take care of the teams.

      Fast moving, lots of big things to do and get involved with.

      Pros

      My excitement in working for Netskope is due to the company culture which not only speaks the game of inclusion and caring but practices the culture on a daily basis from the CEO and throughout all of Leadership and the individual contributors. They make you feel like you are part of the overall team, include you in conversations and make you feel like your ideas and thoughts are heard and acted on.

      Cons

      The use of the gmail suite does not provide a feature rich experience as the Microsoft office suite, but still provides everything needed to perform my job.
