      Pros

      1) Integrity behind the product (it's one of the best in the field and will only continue to grow) 2) Flexibility on when you work - as long as you get your work done and block off time on your work calendar, you can have that doctor's appointment (or any appt) 3) Pro-learning - They offer resources to help you learn (you can even access Coursera for free, at least for a lot of relevant courses)

      Cons

      1) There's a disconnect between management decisions and the people who actually do the day-to-day work with customers. 2) Pay increases (lack thereof) - yearly increase in salaries aren't that great, and they pay out end-of-year bonuses super late 3) Management can be a bit unfair with how they treat other colleagues
