Pros
- Excellent leadership, leading by example. Leaders are visionary, humble and transparent. In the Los Altos HQ, the leaders sit amongst the troops. -No politics -Exciting technology -Competitive benefits for growing later stage startup of this size -I love the flexibility to work remotely when needed
Cons
Had to sacrifice a little on the cash side in trade for equity. We're growing like mad and expect a reward down the road. In the meantime, I'm enjoying the adventure.
