      The team was collaborative and supportive which made working on the tight schedule projects / timeline enjoyable & efficient Flexible work environment, Few groups offer flexible work environment, which helped me to maintain good work-life balance & spending time with family.

      Cons

      No benefits to employees or any engagement activities, this lack motivation to go beyond our work. Company doesn't have any proper employe engagement or other programs Management never provided any goodies or rewards to motivate the employees
