      Pros

      Culture is good.I like the work and support from management.Flexibility of work timings, communication from managers and leaders , regular updates from senior management help to get clarity on future roadmap.

      Cons

      We can do better with doing regular goal setting

      Pros

      Great product, culture and customers. There is a family feel despite it being a company approaching 1000 people. The company values are evident from the top down and I can see already that Netskope is going to be the leader in Cloud Security in the next few year, as long as we execute properly.

      Cons

      Expect lots of change but it's no different to any startup, and as long as you embrace it, it's all part of the journey..

      Pros

      Culture is great. Speed to fix things is great. The product has a great promise of value in the long run.

      Cons

      Platform is extremely unstable. They let "start up" go to their heads and don't plan for long term.
