      Pros

      The SSE platform itself is strong. The global footprint of data centres provides solid coverage, and the DLP capabilities are highly effective while still being relatively easy to deploy and manage. The underlying technology and product direction have real potential.

      Cons

      Leadership engagement can be inconsistent. Regular 1:1s and check-ins are often missed or deprioritised, which leaves teams without the guidance, support, or feedback they need to succeed. Over time this creates a disconnect between leadership and the people actually delivering the work.

      *Product and broader platform are genuinely strong from a technical and architectural perspective. *You can learn a lot about modern cloud security (SASE, SSE, data protection, etc.) and improve your technical and commercial skills by necessity because customers in this space are demanding. *Pockets of very capable colleagues, especially on the technical side, who care about doing the right thing for customers and will collaborate when things are on fire.

      Cons

      *Internal politics are heavy, favourites and internal alliances matter more than performance and integrity, if you’re not in the “inner circle” your concerns, ideas, or even basic wellbeing can be sidelined. *Communication from leadership is inconsistent, big-picture narratives and slogans are pushed hard, but when you actually need clear, honest guidance on territory, resourcing, or support during conflicts, it becomes vague or conveniently silent. *
