      Pros

      In 20 years, this is easily the best organization I have worked for. Pioneers in cloud security backed by incredible investors and the friendliest and open team who join together to take on the big challenges and win. The CMO and marketing team over the past 18 months have accelerated the brand awareness of Netskope and the capabilities on offer and are changing the market for cloud security through new and innovative approaches. Netskope not only have the best technology in this space but are now being recognised for this.

      Cons

      Not really a con but expect to work hard. Current growth is incredible but also is very demanding.

      Pros

      I’ve seen a lot of growth since I joined Netskope and I continue to be impressed with the level of transparency and support received from every level of management. Often times that gets lost when a company grows quickly but it is obvious that this is part of Netskope’s success. Sanjay and his team have done a wonderful job of bringing in incredible people and the corporate culture is as strong today as it was the day I started.

      I have no complaints. I am very happy with Netskope.

      Pros

      Great product management team. The product and engineering teams are awesome. If only Netskope could figure out how to hire great marketers.

      Cons

      Marketing Bad leadership including appointing very unqualified marketers from Optiv that don't have the experience for the roles they are in
