      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth and great salary. CASB space is a dream to get into now. Netskope provides the ability to succeed, especially with a weak competition.

      Cons

      Management execution must improve as company grows. Product needs to maintain that path. Hire great talent to ensure product innovation.

      Pros

      Great culture. Stone-cold pros at what they do. Serious talent and no room for politics or meetings for meetings sake. The people are fun and everyone is aligned to make the company a success. The technology the company is building is well thought out and the team building it brings tons of experience and has solved big problems/challenges in the past.

      Cons

      It's a fast paced environment and you have to guard your own work/life balance. The main office in Los Altos is getting crowded!
