-Culture of transparency is definitely struggling over the past year with layoffs and the like since blaming it on performance instead of covid -Product quality and engineering is something that needs to be overhauled -No politics or bureaucracy policy seems be dwindling as well as a lot of business decisions have been due to these reason as of late rather than just data and facts -Promotions within the company is far and few and lateral mobility can be difficult -Diversity in hiring needs to be improved as well as hiring bar -There was poor unity been engineering in U.s vs india.
