      Pros

      Everything you've heard about product, leadership team strength, and culture is for real. Highly collaborative, highly motivated, clear-eyed about what's going to happen next.

      Cons

      Some technical gaps, some natural growing pains, some challenges with prioritizing, sometimes an "old guard" culture of folks who know they need to move faster or more aggressively but have a tough time getting there

      Good solutions, some professional people, work remotely, good salary.

      Cons

      A company focused only on money, not people. I have seen a lot of people fired just because they don't reach the goals one month or because some manager does not like them. There is a lot of stuff turn over. If you are looking for job stability I do not recommend this company. The salary is good, but does not compensate for the quality of life. The Bank Holidays in your country are not respected, they invite you meetings outside of your working hours and you have to accept if you don't want be fired.

      A Trifecta -- Culture, Technology, and Potential

      Pros

      Netskope is one of those rare companies that was formed on a vision, led by an amazing, thoughtful, transparent CEO. Sanjay's vision has proven to be the right security technology at the right time, especially with businesses shifting to work from home and cloud. The people and culture are top-notch, and there is a healthy balance of hard-work and expectation that people have lives and families outside of work. The company invests heavily in R&D and customer success. I work in the channel org and my leadership hires the best, expects results, but does not micromanage at all.

      Cons

      I've worked at a few world-class companies and also some duds, but I can't think of a major downside to Netskope.
