No growth in this company

I worked at this company as a full-time employee during a 3-month probation period. My experience was not positive due to excessive office politics and favoritism. Management decisions often appeared biased, with preferences shown toward certain individuals rather than based on skills or performance. This created an uncomfortable and demotivating work environment. There was also significant time wastage due to inefficient management, and employees on probation did not feel secure, as removal decisions seemed arbitrary. The company should focus on building a fair, transparent, and merit-based culture to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
