      Pros

      Flexible in work schedule to a degree. Good opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Very low end of the compensation spectrum with no special benefits to justify it. Executive team is very cheap.

      It is one of the best Cisco partner in Asia, giving you broad opportunities to improve your capabilities and expossure.

      Cons

      We got too high workload when working with datacraft.

      Pros

      The creative and UX teams were very good. With a fare number of them coming from top team UX and design agencies. As well the leadership team, of the consulting division, was very supportive. If you had an issue, or thought it was always welcome.

      Cons

      The main focus of the company is staffing. If you were part of the consulting group you were competing with the staffing sales for a project. One side of the company wanted to pus bodies into jobs. The other side wanted to sell consulting projects. They didn't always see eye to eye
