      Higher Management is very poor. NO Projects at all. will be on bench for long periods.

      Good place for a fresher to begin work Lot of opportunities to take responsibilities Exposure to multiple platforms

      Cons

      Work Pressure No backups for resources - so it is almost impossible to plan for long vacations No Transparency in employee appraisal process. Growth stops after reaching mid level positions in the Org Chart. That is the time to look for a new job

      Good onsite opportunity for Freshers and it depends upon which project you land.

      Cons

      Less compensation benefits. No Yearly hikes. Hikes are available only during promotion. Hire the Cheap attitude of NTT DATA GDS Bangalore. Dont join here merely for the sake that it is 6th largest IT services company.
