      There's a chance for you to manage projects even though you might just be a junior consultant.

      Pros

      Being taken over by NTT DATA has been the best thing to happen to the former Keane. Training finally reemerging as important to company success.

      Cons

      There's still a ways to go for the legacy companies that were merged to form NTT DATA Americas to coalesce.
