      Good learning environment, but high turnover and low pay

      Great environment, flexible work environment. Great place to learn and get career experience.

      Cons

      Very low salary. Teams are basically all new joiners and some management, people are always leaving after 1-2 years due to low salaries after they get some experience. They are basically no mid level employees due to this

      Positive colleagues but demoralising hiring move to lower cost countries

      Good bunch of colleagues whilst the UK offices were kept open

      Cons

      Frozen hires in all regions except South Africa and India. Low cost countries also meant sub-par new staff performance which demoralised existing staff. Teams in legacy regions were gradually chipped away as leavers were never replaced.
