Pros
All the benefits you can expect from a global company. -Life insurance -Dental -Some pet and gym perks (not that great) -Small budget reserved for certification (reimbursement based, so you never really get the full amount back)
Cons
Lots of propitiatory software: -Which is old -Glitchy Takes ages to boot computers and start programs due to security Incredibly slow in implementing meaningful changes Very few opportunities to move up the ladder. Any changes typically happen because they got a something for a cheap price. They don't even have to make sense for the changes to happen. basically, the company is technologically ancient.
