Pros

Free courses and guidance. Stable income and good patients. Not much else good.

Cons

Paperwork. Incompetence of managers and politics. Doesn't put the patient first and uncertainty introduces risk when committing to any investment of time and money. Dental contract is unclear and obscure leading to multiple risks.
