Pros

The flexibility of being able to work when it suits me. Enjoyable being able to work across many different medical disciplines and build on skills/knowledge.

Cons

Working on the nurse bank can cause some difficult behaviour with other staff, not all, but some. Most of the paperwork always seems to be extensive, from clinical notes to HR forms, nothing is ever made easy!
