Pros

Good job security, good work life balance. Relaxed working culture. Enjoyed the development cycle and experienced great line management. There are so many consultants that it's intellectually stimulating environment all the time and lots of opportunity to learn skill there also. Have had a fantastic experience so far

Cons

Renumeration is probably not quite liveable if you work outside the centre of London. Beauracracy like anywhere can be frustrating, decision making can be glacial. Accountability can be a bit of a dirty word and due to the spirit of collaboration any decision that is made is often so diluted by different opinions it is hardly recognisable from what was originally intended
