- a starting point for no more than a year

Cons

- management positions are held by those without any management training or skills - training is only given when there is time, even when on a training contract. Used more as full time staff rather than someone there to check and ensure things are being done the right way

Relaxed working hours, good salary for an easy job, location was close to where I live, was easy to do nothing

Staff were unintelligent and unfriendly, the job I did was a huge waste of NHS resources, not a career job
