Pros

As a TI, I enjoy tocwork elderly people who need rehabilitation input before they return to their homes.

Cons

At times feel unwelcome. Working environment not what expected.

Pros

Very good amount of annual leave. National pay bands (although they don't increase). Good pension (which I'll never actually receive). Excellent on the job training (But no more bursaries for future students).

Cons

Limited career progression in my area of theatres. Managers with either no clinical experience or Nurse managers with no formal leadership training which hosts a very poor leadership and management technique on a national scale.
