Pros

You will feel like you are making a difference some times. The pay of a junior doctor is good, but not worth the stress in my opinion.

Cons

Burnout, being tired all the time, complete and utter empathy fatigue. Getting up in the morning seems like too much work.

Pros

Team working style is great and the benefits are good.

Cons

A lot of people don't like the NHS and will take it out on you. A lot of red tape to get anything done. A lot of waste of resources too which is silly for an organisation that's already lacking money
