Pros

People want to do the right thing You see the benefits of the work you do on real patients and departments

Cons

a lot of pressure and stress tight deadlines to do all work no governance and when you push back you get forced to do the work long hours to make up for lack of resource pay is not the best

Cons

Pharmacists skills are poorly used. Masters degree and and post graduate training not used. They use us to write prescriptions that doctors should be writing. Poor practice, poor training, poor prospects
