Some degree of flexible working, good office hours, competitive holiday allowance

Cons

Poor management, not enough staff in the right places, high pressure work environment with little autonomy in my role. Terrible communication. I joined as I was sold it as good place for career development , but was then put into consultation 9 months later and may lose my job.
